⏱ Delivery time: 3–15 business days
Orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses (US, Asia, Europe) depending on availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (weather, logistics, etc.).
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our policy.
Lost packages (no tracking updates for 14–28 days) are eligible for refund or replacement.
SECTION 21 – GUARANTEES & WARRANTIES
PawVibe® products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Optional lifetime extended warranties may be available for select products.
Warranty does not cover:
Lost items
Normal wear and tear
Intentional damage
