To start a return, please email us at support@pawvibe.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
We use a dedicated returns facility to handle all return requests. The return address will be shared once your return is approved. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, and we cannot process returns at our office address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item safely reaches us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
For faster support, we recommend taking a photo of the issue and sending it to our support team. This helps us better understand the problem and assist you more efficiently.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
